OUR HISTORY
Founded in 1989, IPS Custom Automation has built a strong reputation for quality, precision, and customer service. From the beginning, we have remained committed to being more than just a supplier—we work as an integral part of our customers’ team, delivering innovative automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Many of the customers we served in our early years are still with us today, a testament to our reliability and commitment to long-term partnerships.
What we do and why it sets us apart
IPS Custom Automation designs, engineers, and manufactures custom automation solutions for industries that demand high precision, efficiency, and reliability. We don’t sell off-the-shelf equipment. Instead, we build automation systems tailored to the specific production challenges of our customers. Our ability to integrate robotics, CNC systems, and precision machining into fully customized production equipment allows us to develop optimized solutions that increase throughput, ensure quality, and reduce operational costs.
What sets IPS apart is our full-service approach to automation. Unlike many automation providers who focus on only one aspect of the process, we offer a complete solution from concept and design to fabrication, programming, testing, and installation. This means our customers benefit from:
- Seamless integration of automation technology into their existing operations
- Custom-built solutions designed for unique manufacturing challenges
- A proven track record in industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, and industrial manufacturing
- A collaborative engineering process that ensures every system is aligned with the customer’s specific goals
This approach ensures that every custom machine or automation system we develop enhances production efficiency, increases accuracy, and improves safety, giving our customers a long-term competitive advantage.
