10-Gallon Mixing Kettle for Explosives

IPS designed, built and installed a steam/water heated 10-gallon stainless steel kettle to mix and dispense various explosive mixtures for the U.S. Army. This kettle featured an IPS custom designed “super prop” for improved mixing, a flush-type heated outlet valve, an explosion-proof light, a combination sight/fill port, a vacuum port, a vacuum gage, RPM indicator, temperature sensor ports and kettle tilt capability built into the mounting on the frame.
